Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment at Dynamic Massage Therapy, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I try to always be ready for you when you arrive and in return, I ask that you keep your promise and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly and will prevent me from catering to other clients.

That said, my policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me before your scheduled treatment time, you will be required to pay a fee of $50.00 for that missed appointment.

Cancellations

In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone at (250) 956-2277 prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me, please leave a message on my voicemail system. If I do not hear from you I will be expecting you to show up for your scheduled treatment time. If you fail to call or keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

Note: I recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergenies, etc.) and so I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occations.
